XTrust Freight
Import a tender file (xlsx/csv) - get kilometres, times, road charges and ferry routes for every lane. Excel report, GPX/KML export. Running in production.
XTrust Freight — cost a freight tender in minutes
A freight tender often means hundreds of lanes to calculate: kilometres, driving times, road charges across several countries, ferry crossings. Done by hand in a map tool it takes days and ends in mistakes. XTrust Freight does it from a single file.
What you get
- Tender file import (xlsx, xlsm, csv) with automatic column detection — including sheets with Polish, English or German headers
- Kilometres, driving time and road charges for every lane, broken down by country and currency
- Routes with ferry crossings — Baltic, western and Channel corridors, with a choice of the specific crossing
- An import preview before any calculation — check the detected columns and rows first; the preview does not consume the route query quota
- An Excel results report plus route export to GPX, KML and GeoJSON
- A client portal — your own account, calculation history and address book
To be clear: XTrust Freight calculates route costs — kilometres, tolls, ferries. It does not set the price of the transport service; that decision always stays with you.
Proven on real data
XTrust Freight runs in production at a freight forwarding company — on a dedicated instance that we operate. The import mechanism is developed and tested against real tender spreadsheets used by shippers.
Hosted by us or at your site
The fastest start: we launch a dedicated instance on our infrastructure and hand you browser access — no servers and no IT department needed. For companies with their own server room, an on-premises installation with our signed update channel is available.
Common questions
Which files can I import? xlsx, xlsm and csv spreadsheets. Lane columns (country, postal code, city) are detected automatically, and you see a preview and can correct the mapping before calculating.
Do I have to install anything? No — in the hosted variant you work in the browser while we run and update the system.
How does cooperation start? Send us your tender file — we will show you what the result looks like for your lanes before you decide anything.
Send us your tender file
Write to us and mention your file — we will ask for the attachment in our reply and send back the result for your lanes.
